1. Sales and Marketing Manager x 2 [1 position for offshore and 1 position for onshore]
Job Description:
- Assist upper management in formulating the market strategies for major clients in the region
- Responsible for setting a business development plan for the department to be reviewed and approved by senior management.
- Responsible for setting sales targets to team members and Producing the annual budgets for the sales team and reporting results to senior management throughout the financial year.
- Perform market research; gathering information concerning supply, demand and competition levels in the region and sharing results with staff and senior management.
- Analyze and solicited technical specifications, commercial requirements and legal terms in tenders submitted by the sales team.
- Planning, coordinating and scheduling tasks between the sales departments to ensure client deadlines are met.
- Team activity (recruit, manage, train and support the team with reference to agreed sales figures)
- Supporting staff with proposals and meeting all key clients.
- Build on your contact portfolio to help support the overall yearly budget.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 8 - 15 years, exposure to Line pipes, OCTG’s, Drill Pipes, Casing, Tubing, etc. is required
Education: Bachelor's Degree

2. Technical Sales Engineer x 3 [1 position for Pipes, 1 position for Onshore Oilfield Equipment and 1 position for Onshore Services]
Job Description:
- Achieving targeted revenue generation and gross margin in line with budget.
- Establish rapport with existing supplier principals and ensure maximization of the turnover from their products/services.
- Build and Maintain relationship with Key client personnel for turnkey projects within PMC/EPC Environments
- Maintain touch with current market and regional developments/projects and act as an interface between management and market.
- Develop Marketing & Sales strategies and utilize suitable sales/marketing tools to show case the company’s products and services.
- Work as a team with other Sales Engineer/s to steer the Company towards a leadership position in the Industry.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years successful track record dealing with Line pipes, OCTG’s, Drill Pipes, Casing, Tubing, etc.
Education: Degree in Technology/ Engineering (Mechanical)
Skills: Strong Techno-Commercial, Man Management, Analytical, Communication and Presentation skills and should be able to deploy the above and the dual ability of “Win the Sale” thinking and “Out of Box” towards an overall business development.
3. Marketing Executive x 3 [1 position for T & C, 1 position for Service Management Division and 1 position for Asset Management Division]
Job description:
- Develop and execute the business plans to achieve yearly sales plans and profit goals
- Establishing new and existing clients
- Coordinating Sales and Marketing activities
- To entertain visiting overseas clients
Job Requirements:
Education: Min diploma/degree in Marketing/Business Admin
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience in oil and gas industry

4. Procurement and Logistics Executive (2 positions)
Job Description:
- Execute procurement coordination / planning / execution process that ensures client groups’ goods and services are acquired on-time and on-spec while achieving competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company’s policies, client’s policy and guidelines and standards
- Engage in supplier sourcing and pre-qualification
- Monitor, follow up and review Purchase Requisitions with Project Manager
- Negotiation of contracts and maintain auditable records consistent with company policy & procedures
- Coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure timely and cost effective delivery
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurate closure of Procurement Cycle
Job Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Oil and Gas is required for this position.
Education: Degree in Business Management or Advanced Diploma in Logistic Management

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, familiar with procurement marine/ ships equipment and oil and gas material, able to communicate and work with all kinds of people from different backgrounds, work under pressure and heavy workload, understand the oil and gas industry requirements.
5. Secretary/ Receptionist/ Office Admin
Job Description:
- Reading, monitoring and responding to the CEO's email
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Preparing correspondence on the CEO's behalf
- Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
- Managing the CEO's electronic diary
- Booking meetings, organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Writing minutes, taking dictation, planning, organising and managing events, writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters, preparing presentations, preparing papers for meetings, typing documents.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 8-10 years in similar capacity
Education: Degree or Diploma in Business management
