Offshore Stephaniturm

The Dynamic Positioning Diving Support Vessel (DPDSV) “OFFSHORE STEPHANITURM”, wholly owned and operated by Offshore Subsea Works Sdn Bhd is presently the only state of the art dedicated DPDSV in Malaysia.

OFFSHORE STEPHANITURM is equipped with a 12 man DRAEGER 230 Saturation Diving System capable of split level saturation, which was upgraded in 2006 and in full compliance to IMCA International Code of Practice Audit, IMO regulations and classed under DNV. In the same year,  OFFSHORE STEPHANITURM was totally refitted with a new Nautronix NMS 6000 Class 2 System together with a Nautronix ATS II, Sonardyne Ranger USBL, Cyscan Fanbeam and the 2 x Honeywell Taut Wires System which provide the vessel with the required redundancy for diving operations.

OFFSHORE STEPHANITURM is linked to a Self Propelled Hyperbaric Lifeboat (SPHL) that can handle the evacuation of the full complement of 12 divers in saturation mode.

OFFSHORE STEPHANITURM is fully equipped with an air diving spread with Divers Launch and Recovery System (LARS), Air Divers Decompression Chamber (DDC) and independent life support system, and permanently equipped with a 75hp Work Class Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) System.
